Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't get benefits and there is no compensation enough for doing maintenance work and changing 20 trash cans a day for 5 days a week, duties are not spread out evenly and I'm analyzing how bad my managers are, that shouldn't be a part of my job.
