They needed to stop blaming each other and start going to the managers that they had a issue with instead of coming to me to resolve their issues all the time
everything and the problem is the favoritism and the anger and frustration and employees scared of their managers and mangers acting like high schoolers along with employees to spread rumors to get rid of employees and have them quit
When I was working there everything needed to change to make the company culture better. The managers never followed the company vision the managers made the workers stressed out and had them all not wanting to show up and wanting to go elsewhere and they even made it to were I resigned also the
