At the time of my interview I had a different manager and they asked all the right questions and it was I good experience

Everyone blames everyone else for work not getting done and no one wants to work together and management never used positive reinforcement. Also the favoritism and conflict of interest
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They needed to stop blaming each other and start going to the managers that they had a issue with instead of coming to me to resolve their issues all the time
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
everything and the problem is the favoritism and the anger and frustration and employees scared of their managers and mangers acting like high schoolers along with employees to spread rumors to get rid of employees and have them quit
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
When I was working there everything needed to change to make the company culture better. The managers never followed the company vision the managers made the workers stressed out and had them all not wanting to show up and wanting to go elsewhere and they even made it to were I resigned also the
