I believe a manager is submitting hours that their LAM didn't actually work. The LAM has been scheduled for 40+ hours but has been a no show, no call for more than 24 hours.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Prescription coverage, 401K and price if premiums.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have some nice regular customers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was asked a very good question. "What do you think this company asks of you?"
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm able to have the store clean and looking presentable I'm proud. When I'm unable to do that I'm very disappointed and ashamed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am an extremely hard working employee. My manager tries to run the store from her office. We have 2 employees on 2nd shift that ate hard working and it is a pleasure to see them when they come in. Sometimes I'm embarrased because I'm unable to do many tasks. Can't get off register to clean store.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping higher level stores. We are so short handed and all I can do is watch product walk out the door by customers because we have no one that can be on the floor to help prevent it. We have repeat theives that I see walk in but we can't keep our eyes on them. We need help.
