What makes you most happy at work?

I don't have an answer for that.

Contribute more resources to acquiring talent, training and help..

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and direction. Priorities change weekly and with no apparent reason.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Do their job. They're not simply clock watchers who always leave when scheduled regardless of the circumstances. They will try to leave early everyday.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Exposure to real stores where they pointed out the store's real issues, followed by a discussion of what type of game plan I'd use to correct the problems.
