I feel bullied and they let drug addicts work there knowingly. They are constantly late and high. My GM has tried to fire them but the owners go straight over her head and let these 2 drug addicts do what they want. I love my job but they are making it miserable

When I am working with my GM.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Just so the drug use and bullying
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't have one. So I'm can't be satisfied.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The GM was very kind and understanding. So was there assistant at first as well.
