Person that interviewed me was very polite very understanding helpful and very confident in me to get the job done
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping a customers and making them happy and making sure that they find everything that they need and that they are pleased with what they have purchased
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It will be nice if my pay was not $10 when everyone else is getting paid anywhere from 13 to $14 an hour and they're doing the same job as me
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my team members we get along others they like to cause problems and lie on me and tell the manager things that are not true just to get me fired
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get a better manager that knows how to treat their employees with respect do not yell and scream at them threatening them and playing favoritism don't give one employee 42 hours but give another employee 28 hours or 30 hours when they work the same amount of hours as everybody else
