I was a new employee. Hired to be a manager in training. But on the first day was given a "store associate" role. Which I was overqualified for. He continue to lie and change the timeline. I almost died at the hospital and the whole staff was unprofessional. I wss bullied. SM told me i was delusiona
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Pay more attention to the culture. Not just the numbers. Even horrible managers can perform well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dont promise 15-18 but then tell me 15 is the most. And maybe 16 in a couple months. So there is more money..
What makes you most happy at work?
When there is TEAM work. And i don't know.. actually train people? Not leave them in the register 8 hours a day. When they are an expert at other things as well.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was the best part. Probably because i was gaslighted. What was promised at interview was not the reality day one on the job. 12 years of retail management.. and you are handing me an sales associate name tag?
