There is unfortunately very little to no positive things that can be said. Pay was criminally low, co-workers aggressive, and management complacent.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewing process was neither difficult nor misleading while also being relatively swift. The interviewee was respectful and direct with questions leaving nothing to open interpretation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raw statistical analysis, aka not being payed enough to live. A solution would have been raising pay, no subsidized services simply enough financial income to not be two bad months away from homelessness.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solo-shifts, which should not be seen as a positive. I am constantly filled with discomfort from my fellow co-workers due to their actions. While working with anyone from management they at least work but gloss over things that are brought up to them that are critical issues.
