Customer service and paying their employees and not treating women differently.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would hire better people by asking better questions. Like their availability what they're comfortable with if hours wise because overnight were open 24 hours.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Needs to be meetings. Needs to have equal rights between men and women as far as getting paid. It was unfair how he cut my hours so bad so I was only on one day a week all for asking for what I was old my raise. He slowly pushed me out of the picture.
