My issue with many other employees are why are we not scheduled for 8.5 hours so that we can have a meal break it is so inhuman of any corporate employer to exspect people to stand for 8 straight hours with no break & no food intake , Do you not care about keeping employees & making sure they well !
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Yes at my employer its like they form little clicks & its a very immature environment if you ask me
