He actally read my resume and knew I was over qualified for the role before I came in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I keep the store running was training new people in my second week and am the only employee of that quality willing to work graveyard and yet I still make less than I have in my entire adult life.
