I do not feel like I'm wanted as well as there been an incident with a co-worker she was very hostile when I was there for training and onboarding and continuously to pick on me I feel this being showed favoritism because I'm not getting any hours I'm not being called I'm not on the schedule
What did you like most about the interview process?
Seem to be very understanding very happy to to have me as an employee and I'm very happy too as well as to been hired but now things are not what I thought it was
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't even know about all this because like I said I was hired but I'm not getting any hours so I wouldn't know really about my benefits or sports things like that because they're not communicating with me they're not caring for me as an employee
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Just being a team and where I'm at it's not a team at all because I was not welcome as an on border our training so it's very hard to say because I know I can like the place but it's just not showing nothing Fair as far as a new employer
