What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our stores doors are supposed to lock and they have been broken for years, making it dangerous due to the area (ongoing). Management often pushes their labourous duties off to workers who are already overloaded. Not following covid/food safety guidelines & encouraging "faking" checklists
