What did you like most about the interview process?
That I was able to take control of the room because I was being interviewed by kids who had next to zero experience and less confidence.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see management's tricks to ensure THEIR monthly bonuses by way of bad bookkeeping and other harms to regular staff exposed and then see criminal charges filed against them for it.
