What did you like most about the interview process?
They made it sound like a fun, positive, quick paced work place.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get manager who are happy and want to be there. Manager who will treat their employees well, but more importantly the customers who come in there. That would improve the store 100 fold.
