The experience of working is great. I love working with and see our regular customers walk i with a smile knowing they are going to get good service and the items they need. I can't say the feeling about the management I receive at my store location
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone needs to be help accountable for doing their part in spite of the relationship, they may have with management
What makes you most happy at work?
customers coming in and complementing how clean the store is or how nice it is to come in on my shift
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be accountable for completing even the simplest task on the shift so the next shift can properly complete their tasks so that the store runs smoothly and properly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I come in and do the jobs of other and also complete the work im supposed to do for myself . While making sure everything and store is presentable for customers the next day. yet my hours are cut, and my pay is less than those employees who do the absolute bare minimum
