I have a manager that is so high at work I have to pick up after her. It is a speedway and the store manager knows because she brought in narcan for if she has a "bad reaction".

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was not interviewed, so it was extremely easy. I filled out application online and was hired over phone by store manager.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
First off, their is not a single meeting. The managers show up a half hour to hour late every single day. The district manager and store manager are stealing from the company, but cover up for each other. Yay, Speedway in Findlay, OH
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get to work on time. Do something besides just stand at the register all day/night. Stop making the associates do their job because they want to take time off or come in late and than lie and put in their own time into the pc.
