NEW MANAGEMENT !!! Our old manger brittni and trish were good store leaders.

Some coworkers are more on top of keeping up with the store since management is horrible so we always talk
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes i feel undervalued bc this store is being run my middle age women who are stuck in there teens mentally
