What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Have more questions instead of just hire someone of the block with no training thrown straight to the wolfs
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Give me a chance because I think I can do a better job my manager rewards bad behavior and doesn't reward the ones that do their job and go on and beyond I am thinking about quitting because I don't deserve the treatment that I get from my management things need to change fast or am leaving
