7-Eleven is very well known for ignoring abuse and retaliation from store managers.I was suspended for confronting the GM over lies he had been telling about the entire staff. I submitted a form to HR and the area lead. Only to be ignored by both. Horrible experience. Don't ever work there!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The lady I interviewed with was very nice and pleasant.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management needs to accept responsibility by owning their mistakes. The Area leaders need to actually speak to the staff when they are contacted by staff with concerns about their store managers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The area leaders need to step in and help when the GM is out of control. Upper management does not care about their assistant managers or regular staff. They're okay with people being horrible and dishonest as long as they don't have to deal with.
