What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being on time more, more honesty on what they understand, more workers that will do their cleaning duties and stocking duties.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to connect with my customers and being able to satisfy them or help them with their needs, cleaning, stocking, cooking, doing orders
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
If everyone works together instead of against each other. It's like everybody wants to be in charge but don't want to do the work to be a boss
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes! A raise would've helped especially after all I have done during my time there and what I am willing to do. I felt as if I am more reliable than management mostly
