What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company should embrace the positive things happening in most stores. Listen to the people working in the stores, making the money that supports the company. Work to support the stores rather than punishing them for imperfections.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct leader, my peers and my daily co-workers and my customers are amazing. We learn from each other, help each other to the best of our ability and commiserate and lament the downward spiral and micro-management of corporate leadership.
