What makes you most happy at work?
The "regulars." The people who always come in and make your day and their happy to see you as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They could add a few more benefits as well as little more to our wages for the people who truly are dedicated to their work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone gets along, no matter what no one person points the blame, very mature and professional but I found it different at other similar stores I have worked at in the past.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That everyone gets along. It's actually not one of them where you don't even want to get up not because you dread going to work but because of the people you specifically work with/for.
