My coworkers, I think we are a good team even though management is terrible.

My coworkers are awesome...I think we should have a union so we are treated like the valuable employees that we are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work graveyard and I believe as overnight employees we should be paid at least a dollar more than the morning and afternoon crew.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to communicate what is expected of the employees in a timely manner. They need to have a plan in place for extreme cases of police involvement. Managers should be expected to come to the store in such instances. There should be a code of conduct for managers and they should have to follo
