I enjoyed the work. There is always A variety of customers , and always something new to learn about the job. Had some opportunity for growth. coworkers were not the best. Many left me with no help or would neglect the store and customers . But a few ok workers occasionally. Needs better hires

Medical care benefits, we have paid vacation and we have to take it or we lose it

The type of people that work there are very friendly, they have workers that enjoy the type of work

Taking initiative, trying to better their skills constantly on the job, really caring for the customers / clients needs

The type of work which requires organizational skills,Communication,and multitasking. It is quite fulfilling work. It is entertaining and passes by quick
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to express all that i felt comfortable with. I felt like it was a negotiation rather than them telling me what to do. They asked how we could make a schedule that work both well for me and the manager.
