i have been working there about 12 years and it has been mostly positive till about 6 months ago. I was passed over deliberately for promotion when I was promised it back in 2015. That hurt my feelings and was not very fair at all.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
too much pressure from management and getting passed over for promotion after i have been waiting for 3 to 5 years and too much favoritism
