I work hard, customers are very rude and there are a lot of drug addicts everywhere. Managers and owners dont seem to care all that much, an we bare the brunt of disgruntled customers

I get zero benefits or compensations. Absolutely nothing.

Closing the register and leaving

That it was somewhat informal that really made me feel relaxed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
making sure the right items are ordered and not getting hundreds of the same non selling items. And the ATM's need a major upgrade, not to mention the payment system thats archaic
