Everything .less critism more praise equal work load stop special treatment of certain employees establish brake times for all employees not just certain people
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop taking brakes every 45 - 50 minutes .Stop playing on their phones ignoring customers. Do their share of work load Stop making their coworkers do double duty because they are not doing their job
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have No benefits.No raises No holiday pay.No sick No vacation No personnel days You lose pay for any time off no matter what the reason.Pay rate is less than other similar companies No brakes no lunch time.
