My bosses are great, some of my coworkers are great, but some of my coworkers like to stir up drama and cause problems and its a total mystery to me how they still have a job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers tend to be in it for themselves and I am actively being harassed by one.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is new but he does a really good job and is pretty fair with how he deals with things.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work the night shift at work and being able to work that shift makes me happy cuz it's the shift I am most comfortable working.
