Leadership should be sharpened. Employee base should have people that want to work.

Coworkers should complete tasks that they sign off on. The manager should verify that the task was completed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Annual raises should not be based on what the employee already makes but based on how they work.
