
I enjoy the customer interaction that I get on a daily basis. It keeps me away from the poor management.
The fact that I get to get up everyday and go see my regular customers. They are the reason why I come to work each and everyday.
They need to be better organized and be better prepared. Waiting 25 minutes past your interview time is not a good take on how the company percives itself.
There is a list a mile long that the leadership team needs to work on. One being they need to learn to communicate better and learn that they to make mistakes and that it is not always us.
They are strong team players and are always willing to step up and help to get the job done. They are always helping each other out and picking up the slack when one member is having a bad day.
