What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There needs to be better communication, less fear of retaliation if an employee wants to make a complaint, as currently at our store there is fear of what my manager would do if we brought to light all the problems.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The employees need to feel safer and heard, instead of being fed lies and small steps forward but giant leaps back. As a whole the store i am at feels very toxic and makes it hard yo wanna be there.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

As stated before the store i am at is very toxic, the manager plays favourites and refuses to hold himself responsible for anything. He is constantly leaving early, being unreachable on his days off. And blames his mistakes on everyone else.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was promised a promotion a year ago, and have just slowly been lead on, and now have more responsibilities, but do not make the money that should come with that. As well with the treatment at our store there is more stress then anything.
