What did you like most about the interview process?

Face-to-Face one-on-one The inverview was very personable interview

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

First management would only hire people from other stores (how I got there) so she did have to actually do her job. My second manager hired anyone, literally. I think if I had better management my teams would have been more solid.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Me honestly, my customers enjoyed coming to my store when I was there because their experience when I was there. When I wasn't I would hear all types of stories. So with all this secret checking 7-eleven claims to do I'm not sure how stores like these slip through the cracks.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We were often left to work alone during busy or unsafe time frames. The management was disrespectful an vindictive. I witnessed people get fired at my managers discretion for nothing, then as my manager stated she made sure they go into the system as "not able to rehire". Argued with customers etc
