What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed before corporate bought 7-11 so each interview felt more personable and like it mattered to try hard and stand out for interview. Now anyone applying will get the job since every store is so short staffed
What are some of the best things about your team?
I make the schedule so I put our hardest workers with me in the mornings and everyone who doesn’t work in the evenings. A lot of work and time management go together in order to run the store effectively with only 2-3 employees willing to work for everyone else consistent
