My manager has made my store a hostlie environment, at least by the legal definition. She is unreachable and she has no way to call out. I have had to gone to work after falling down the stairs and I still couldn't reach her. I have way more to say but I do not have acess to HR.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling, taking responsibility, have a way to report abuse of powers, not damage company policy.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CHANGE MANAGEMENT!!! Or at the very least have a way to complain about management without them knowing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of us look out for eachother because we know management does not have our best interests at heart
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is really management that makes the job so hard. In fact three of us or looking for new jobs because of one manager.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like only a couple of team members but they are the only ones I interact with. One guy can never show up on time and when management is running the store it is nasty. All counters needed to be cleaned and the fountain area stocked!!!
