
The store manager is easy to talk to and listens to what people have to actually say.
Bring in a staff that can work as a team, do what's required and maybe show a little initiative and go just a bit above and beyond. Staff that cares about the company and the team.
At this point there really aren't any.... We are completely understaffed and people who don't even qualify and don't do the job basically at all are getting promoted. And people are getting turned away from the extremely understaffed store for b.s. Reasons
Seeing my co-workers happy and excited to be a part of this team and who actually want to work. And a store manager that only has to worry about her position and not cover for 16-20 hour shifts without doing a single thing she needs to for her own position.
The corporate store manager is absolutely fantastic and is entirely over worked and under paid and under appreciated! She needs a staff that is even just a fraction of what she is to this company! A constructive team that can rely on one and other. And actually shows up to work!
