What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on in store associates, they are the ones making the sales for the company. Invest in to stores and your employees and maybe turnovers would not be so high.

This company notoriously pays minimum wage regardless of performance or time. I think they should give occasional raises.

People should earn a decent wage and not be forced to spend their paychecks on clothes from the brand in order to work there.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My in store team makes my day. We rely on each other regardless of tittle and position or seniority. We have each other's back and aren't afraid to get the job done.
