I started at a group home. That was a hard job, but there were things about it that were rewarding. Seeing a kid that you thought could not improve discharge successfully is a great feeling. I moved to a different department. This one is more relaxed.

The healthcare is good. The PTO is also good.

They hear concerns and try to accommodate. They have staff meetings to voice concerns, not just tell people what to do.

Everyone in my office is friendly with each other. There is no drama. They will help when you ask for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are always willing to collaborate and help when needed. They do not look down on you when you ask for help.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometimes it is hard to manage the caseload, but the supervisors understand the struggle and do not belittle people for not being able to stay perfectly on top of it. An actual cap to caseload would be great.
