The best part about my team is our willingness to help each other succeed.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The support that they offer. I feel like I can contact anyone on my team to help assist as issues or concerns develop and they will help solve the problem right away.

Adelphoi offers a supportive, team-driven environment that embodies the spirit of holistic care for both clients and staff. The organization truly cares about its employees and does a great job of inspiring those individuals to bring their best each and every day.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Working at Adelphoi has been a positive experience. I was able to obtain a master's degree using the President's Fund. Something that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I am committed to the company's mission and to what my individual role does to advance it. I'm not sure though that my position is valued within the larger organization, and there is nonclear trajectory for advancement in my position. I wish there was more time for positive feedback.
