Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Market salaries for same/similar/lower-ranked positions than mind are reimbursed more appropriately in the same geographical area. Higher raises/increasing the base salary makes it easier for me to see myself here long term.

Adelphoi offers a supportive, team-driven environment that embodies the spirit of holistic care for both clients and staff. The organization truly cares about its employees and does a great job of inspiring those individuals to bring their best each and every day.

Working at Adelphoi has been a positive experience. I was able to obtain a master's degree using the President's Fund. Something that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

I am committed to the company's mission and to what my individual role does to advance it. I'm not sure though that my position is valued within the larger organization, and there is nonclear trajectory for advancement in my position. I wish there was more time for positive feedback.
