I like the people and I l like flexing hours however, the long hours, driving at night, working weekends are the items that I don't like about this job. I also understand that is the nature of this business, but it doesn't make it any easier

They are truly caring people who try and give us the time and tools to work to the best of our ability
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like I have to work too many weekends and late evenings. When I have a late evening, supervisors will schedule early morning meetings which causes me to feel like I'm always working. I strongly dislike being on call because I am not properly trained to be on-call
