When you witness students using the skills that you teach them to make positive changes in their life

The ability of staff to take interest, make connections and form positive relationships with the students that they teach
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to earn bonuses by taking up extra goals and projects. And the raises that we have received in the past 3 years.
