We care about each and jump in to help - we know each other and learn to recognize when we need support - everyone brings something of value to our team - we laugh - we work hard - we process together
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
less than average pay for expectations of exceptional work; dental - one person in the family has an issue, the whole family is out for the year and it is out of pocket.... when you are a family of 5, this hits - we pray dental issues occur late in the year so we can all get our regular cleanings.
