Teamwork and communication. I feel we all support each other and work together to find solutions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a teacher in public schools, I was making the same as I am now as a Principal.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel I can make a difference each day in my school by making this a safe and fun place for learning
