Overall, there are a lot of pros to working at Adelphoi such as benefits or paid time off. However, I do think we could be compensated fairly. Also, I see other companies really working to retain good qualitiy employees through different means of appreciation and wish we would do something like that

I truly enjoy working with our diverse clients and families.

My leadership team of my supervisor and director are very supportive and understanding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My director and supervisor are very supportive and understanding. I feel that I can engage in open dialog with them regarding my concerns.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My work is primarily individual but when I do contact coworkers for extra support they are always willing to help or provide me with information to help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that Adelphoi is working to increase wages but the cost of living has increased 5-7% and we are not getting increases to match that. We work with a hard population, have stressful jobs & should be compensated for it.
