Moments when a student shows progress as an individual, not necessarily related to academics.

Easy to approach, always willing to talk, and genuinely listens to any concerns/suggestions I have.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Opportunities to try new and inventive approaches in the classroom. Administration is willing to purchase equipment for my classes when necessary.

Adelphoi offers a supportive, team-driven environment that embodies the spirit of holistic care for both clients and staff. The organization truly cares about its employees and does a great job of inspiring those individuals to bring their best each and every day.

Working at Adelphoi has been a positive experience. I was able to obtain a master's degree using the President's Fund. Something that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

I am committed to the company's mission and to what my individual role does to advance it. I'm not sure though that my position is valued within the larger organization, and there is nonclear trajectory for advancement in my position. I wish there was more time for positive feedback.
