Family atmosphere. Co-workers and supervisors are great people.

What makes you most happy at work?

Working with my students and helping them succeed.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The fact i can get reimbursed for Dr. visits and procedures.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Caring individuals. When I am having a bad day they are there for support and to pick me up.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

It is a family atmosphere. My supervisors are caring and very diligent of responding to questions and or requests. They make me feel worthwhile and important.

Adelphoi offers a supportive, team-driven environment that embodies the spirit of holistic care for both clients and staff. The organization truly cares about its employees and does a great job of inspiring those individuals to bring their best each and every day.

Working at Adelphoi has been a positive experience. I was able to obtain a master's degree using the President's Fund. Something that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

I am committed to the company's mission and to what my individual role does to advance it. I'm not sure though that my position is valued within the larger organization, and there is nonclear trajectory for advancement in my position. I wish there was more time for positive feedback.
