Everyone has a fun personality. Everyone seems willing to laugh about some things that happen at work and are more than willing to help other coworkers. Supervisor seems to want to keep staff happy and she is very understanding and kind.

Adelphoi offers a supportive, team-driven environment that embodies the spirit of holistic care for both clients and staff. The organization truly cares about its employees and does a great job of inspiring those individuals to bring their best each and every day.

Working at Adelphoi has been a positive experience. I was able to obtain a master's degree using the President's Fund. Something that I wouldn't have been able to do otherwise.

I am committed to the company's mission and to what my individual role does to advance it. I'm not sure though that my position is valued within the larger organization, and there is nonclear trajectory for advancement in my position. I wish there was more time for positive feedback.
