They appear to care about their employees, are supportive, and willing to provide incentives for employee retention.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team communicates well, takes their turn without issue for on-call rotations, and provides coverage when an individual takes PTO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I always feel supported by everyone at work, even in moments when I do not agree with others (professional or personal beliefs).
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility, being able to complete independent work, and receiving positive feedback about me making a difference in the community with the families I work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a licensed therapist, and, although I received a significant pay raise recently, I think that other individuals at different agencies might be paid more (like in hospitals, etc.).
