The educational team at RKCS is an amazing group of people. Everyone supports each other and has one another's backs.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The RKCS administration team is amazing. They support the teachers a majority of the time, and they absolutely work hard to retain teachers yearly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having dental and vision insurance along with medical are important. i just wish the coverage was a little better, with lower copays and out of pocket expenses.
